      It was very predictable if you like routine

      Extremely cliquey...half of the office is either related, close friends, or have been there for 20+ years. The HR lady is the mother of a manager and that manager is very close with other managers on the team so I would not expect any complaints to be handled professionally. There was not much patience, if any, for training to use several niche software programs unique to the company. The pay is very low while the workload is fairly heavy. I was constantly pressured to work outside of my job description to make up for short staffing in other departments, without extra pay compensation, then treated poorly by management for not doing 2 jobs for the price of 1. Treated poorly by management for using sick/PTO days due to "short staffing".
