The office in bensenville is very old style. Closed cubicle and outdated. The bathroom has that weird sewage smell that doesn't go away ever. Besides that, there are many things they will train you on to work with, expect to be handling multiple customers as many as 20. You may be staying late, working long hours.

They keep preaching about the culture but there is NONE. HR and training depts are the absolute most disorganized, inefficient, uncommunicative, and ultimately ineffective HR I've ever had. I was treated very unfairly, having my job title and salary change multiple times without any input or even communication with me about it. Ultimately I was relegated to an admin assistant position despite being hired for bigger things. My boss was impossible to get through to. I was embarrassed to talk to my friends and family about work and couldn't leave fast enough.
