      Pros

      Had decent benefits. Management was ok understood if you were a little late or had to take off early for personal reasons.

      Cons

      The pay and growth opportunities in my experience were not great. When I would take off I still had to work due to organization of back ups.

      BDP was acquired by an investment firm at the end of 2018 and they are continuing to cut costs and put profit first. Bad Management Stressful environemnt
