      Pros

      Good family atmosphere. Executives/Owners really seem to care for their employees.

      Cons

      Difficult to advance. A few people that do not share the owners family mentality bring the overall moral down.

Our core value of BDP is a home, not a workplace, starts at the very top of the organization.
