Great place to get experience in the field. Well known company, will yield interest from employers.

Cons

Company culture of nepotism. Managers and executive officers create small fiefdoms of jobs for their friends, family in the company. You'll notice this throughout your time at the company that there are several people from the same family or friend group who have jobs. Low pay is significantly an issue. An industry low. At least 10-15K below other competitors.
