      Pros

      Believes in 'employee engagement'. Employees are recognized for their contribution. Corporate takes a strong stance on compliance and ethics.

      Cons

      Touts certain expertise that doesn't exist within the organization. Negativity is tolerated if the offenders are 'friends' with management. Too many system platforms, some are antiquated.

      Awesome copy continuing to grow with big, big Oil and Gas, Chemical, and Drilling Companies want business with this Freight Forwarder. You will learn so much and deal with awesome situations that will grow your Logistics and Transportation knowledge..

      Cons

      Higher more qualified workers with knowledge instead of incompetent temps that you grant full-time jobs if they make it past the cut off. This only makes it a little tougher for the hard working people who care about there work. Also higher individuals who want to work ant call in everyday..

      My co-workers made it manageable and the location cannot be beat. Not sure there are 20 words for this section

      Cons

      Where to begin? The dreams & promises are big, but they do not want to invest to follow through with the investments. The culture is of blame & finger pointing. There is absolutely no accountability if you are an owner or have been there for any period of time. The new blood (new ideas) is at fault for any missteps. Also no that direct feedback is never given. Difficult conversations are never had, at any level.
