      Pros

      Office management makes things flexible for employees. Everyone is nice. It is a good community. I would recommend for anyone starting out.

      Cons

      There is not room for growth in this small office. Office is outdated. Management can be too flexible to the point there is no authority. For example, one worker would talk on her phone moat of the day. Not too much production there.

      Pros

      Co-workers are helpful and supportive. Good benefits. Nothing routine about it. Each day brought a new challenge.

      Cons

      Can be very stressful, which goes with the territory. There are deadlines to meet and you have to hit numbers that really are not within your control at times .

      Pros

      Near Center city, sometimes there are free food, the company chrismas party is pretty good, and thats about it. But every working day you will be miserable.

      Cons

      There is no career advancement, there is usually a lot of politic to go through before getting anything done. If you want to survive here, learn the pointing finger and blame game. I have seem a lot of turn over for my years here. The technology used here are all legacy, you are excepted to do 70+ percent production support.
