      Pros

      Flexibility of schedule Super supportive teams Employee culture BECU really lives by the values and philosophy of People Helping People. They use the member as their guide for decision making which feels incredibly refreshing for a financial institution to be so very mission driven. It translates into the every day culture where employees are empowered to do the right thing for the member.

      Cons

      Located in Tukwila, which isn't super convenient

      Pros

      Great pay, good benefits, tuition reimbursement, lots of vacation time, great culture.

      Cons

      working saturdays and long hours on some days can get old. Some branches have a better atmosphere than others.

      Wonderful people and work environment. I absolutely love coming into work every day. The company really cares about their employees.
