We aim to provide convenient locations to serve both our members and employees effectively, and it’s encouraging to know this is appreciated. We understand your concern about the smaller number of employees at each branch. This can undoubtedly create challenges in managing workloads and ensuring that team members feel adequately supported. We do have to balance operating costs with return to member dividends, essentially being responsible stewards of members' money.
