      Good job if you have no where to go

      Pros

      Benefits are good, Backoffice departments are healthy. Options to work remote if you are not in the retail environment. Lots of holidays, additional small bonus', and supportive staff.

      Cons

      Work culture can be toxic, very cult likeminded company, merit increases are low. BECU dangles carrots and strings you along. Promotions typically are few and far between.
