Pros

Great company with lots of perks. They promote within and there’s a lot of room to grow. Mangers were very helpful and have positive attitude.

Cons

Since mine was a contact center role, it was not very flexible. It’s harder to book for vacation, you always have to bid and if you don’t perform well you are in the bottom of the vacation and shift bidding. The role can be very draining, it’s 98% back to back calls.

We love it when our current and former employees have a great experience working for BECU and connecting with our organization’s purpose. Thank you for the time you spent helping serve our members and their communities. Our PTO pool encompasses sick time as well. This allows us to start employees earning a rate of 4 weeks per year that can be used for whatever reason they choose or may arise. The longer your career continues at BECU, the higher the rate at which you can earn! We will take your suggestion, and ensure the correct department reviews. Thank you again for taking the time to leave a review. We appreciate you!

Pros

Paid training for 3 months. Health and dental good coverage, Base pay plus incentive. You get 1 weekday off and sundays off.

Cons

Hours are 8:30-6:15 with 45min lunch. Feels like you’re at work all day. Especially if your commute is 30+ mins. No sick days. You have to use your PTO if calling out. Does not offer unpaid sick days. You MUST use your saved PTO.
