Pros
Not many companies still offer a pension, but BECU does. And you're fully vested after 5 years. Not to mention they give merit based increases and bonus every year. I'm not saying it's the best place to work, as all jobs have their downfalls...but I enjoy my job and the paychecks that come with my 40 hour a week sacrafice.
Cons
Like any contact center job out there, the biggest con is rude people. They're not every call, but during that rent week (end of the month to the beginning of the next month) we get some crazy people who are angry they can't Zelle their rent within minutes. Other than that, it's a pretty child job.
