Literally every other aspect of the job is horrible. You'll be understaffed every day until you are burnt out and then get written up for taking time off to recuperate. HR is ridiculous, people will not show up to work for months and not be fired. Heat/AC can be broken for weeks, and you're just expected to work while freezing or sweating. Every promotion is about WHO you know and now WHAT you know or how well you can do the job.

Bureaucratic and unnecessarily busy work culture. Interview process is drawn out and have to interview with too many people. Once working, very long onboarding ramp and 50-60 1:1 meetings with coworkers and leaders. Leadership poorly models work life balance and creates atmosphere that is hurried and reactive. New CEO Bev is trying to make too many changes at once, and keeps everyone nervous, and prompts fire drills every time she wants something.
