      1. Benefits were better and still okay for the most part 2. Tukwila office is located at a great location. It is an excellent location for an after-lunch walk 3. It was a caring company in the past

      1. New IT management destroyed the culture of the organization 2. Too many red taps. 3. Practically impossible to do any exciting development work 4. Demoted several employees during a re-org last year
