Pros

Working from home is a HUGE benefit. While it definitely isn’t for everyone, it has been such a huge blessing especially having a young family. The leadership genuinely cares about your wellbeing and trusts you to get your work done.

Cons

None! Don’t be scared away by the long interview process (and it is long!) it ensures that you will be joining a great company with great people.

Company is the epitome of team work. Everyone willing to help each other for the sake of what's best for BELAY. I truly feel that I 'belong' here. The positivity is contagious and I see a bright future. We definitely work hard, but we play hard too :)
