Family like environment, FUN, amazing values and culture. I feel blessed every single day that I get to wake up and be a mom first and put my career second. BELAY gives me that third option where I can have the best of both worlds - I'm a successful career woman and also an amazing mom to my boys!

The list is long! The people, the culture, the leadership, the flexibility to work from home. This is a very special place that I am truly thankful to call my work home.

Pros

Working from home is a HUGE benefit. While it definitely isn’t for everyone, it has been such a huge blessing especially having a young family. The leadership genuinely cares about your wellbeing and trusts you to get your work done.

Cons

None! Don’t be scared away by the long interview process (and it is long!) it ensures that you will be joining a great company with great people.
