      Pros

      Extremely friendly and welcoming environment. Flexible work hours. Upper Management very transparent and accessible. Mobility inside of BGE and other Exelon companies seem to be a priority. Large program to modernize work spaces. Compensation.

      Cons

      Had some problems getting access to some things required for my work. Some slow periods when I didn't have any work to do. Notable/Recognizable dissonance between the "Exelon way" and the established BGE way at some points.

      Good benefits, great coworkers, great training

      Cons

      HR doesn't listen/back up employees that are being bullied by supervision and only listens too supervision. States they will do investigation on issue but doesn't follow thru. Forces you to sign papers when you disagree
