Pros

The company has a great mission statement. Staff meet together daily for devotions and prayer. They also have good benefits. There is also a lot of freedom to be innovative.

Cons

My experience with the organization has been mixed. While there are positive aspects, there are a few key areas that need improvement. Leadership tends to lack clear communication and collaboration, which can lead to confusion and inefficiencies. There is also an absence of direct supervision and accountability, which can be frustrating when trying to move projects forward or address ongoing issues. Another major concern is compensation. Pay is relatively low, especially for those not in leadership roles, which affects motivation, morale, and retention. Additionally, there appears to be a lack of advancement opportunities for women. It’s noticeable that women are rarely promoted or given leadership roles, which raises concerns about equity and inclusiveness within the organization.
