3yWe encourage and promote our tuition reimbursement program which pays 75-85% fees and tuition of undergraduate programs related to job. Graduate degrees are paid at 100%. Many have also added trade certificates and professional development skills through the local colleges and programs. We see growth through our employees that also volunteer and are members of professional associations like ASCE and these fees are also paid by the company.
