      Pros

      Absolutely loved working at BHC Rhodes - Brungardt and Honomichl were very approachable and kept a tight knit culture. For the most part employees were bright, hardworking, and some of the best I have had the pleasure of working with.

      Cons

      Large scale layoffs after loss of lucrative contract (although I was already on way out).

      BHC highly values its employees and invest heavily in their growth and development.

      Cons

      BHC is focused in the Kanas City and Wichita, KS markets. I think the company would be better off if they explored new and larger geographies.
