3yThank you for your review. We have added parental leave and have seen more flexibility and increase in PTO usage as intended which is so important. Yes by having more focus on CliftonStrengths we do see individual strengths being more of a focus. We are having more training and events at different locations to encourage connection and bridge some of those gaps between offices. Thank you for your feedback.
