Flexible work. Good culture. Mostly good leadership.

Cons

years of cost cutting means zero perks. Salary is miles behind competitors Company says it pays bonuses but never pays them in full Work never stops

flexwork, great healthcare, decent assets, some international opps though they are closely rapidly, great bonus structure, does care about safety / EHS

Cons

working there was like a full-time examination by bad school marms and their lacky principals - extremely woke culture, just over the top
