Pros

Good pay and benefits. Nice location close to Gallaria. New office coming.

Cons

Treated many employees poorly during the layoffs. Diversity policy has resulted in promoting people, when better candidates exist. Not safe to tell the truth. Heavy burocracy.

Pros

BHP Billiton has good benefits, flexible schedule and opportunity for advancement. Gym and Cafeteria are subsidized.

Cons

The worse company I have ever worked. BHP has no regard for people if you are over forty. It is a revolving door, management has no training or education. They do not value people, no matter how hard you work.
