Great benefits, people that I work with (most of them).

Cons

No standardization across departments. Each manager has their own way of doing things and it is frustrating. Power struggles within different departments.

Good pay and benefits, career progression, travel etc. Good career paths in place for most disciplines.

Cons

Sometimes long hours and tough expectations that can impact personal life, although culture does seem to be changing some with new management. Lots of processes in place that dont appear very effective, but again there is evidence of this changing.
