Houston office culture is terrible

Pros

Shopfloor crew are great with some excellent people shouldering the workload Cafeteria is great, cheap Interesting work with good learning opportunities

Cons

Middle management (Snr Managers to VP level) are useless Constant reorganization erodes staff morale to minimum Safe to speak up culture sprouted by management is an absolute farce as they are not honest in return

It used to be benefits and salary, and the most admirable example of diversity; that is no longer the case even though it is highly elevated.

Cons

Major moral corruption at senior management level; everyone's for themselves and nepotism and favoritism is highly practiced; hard working people are pushed down if they don't fit in the circle of friends.
