      Pros

      Peers are like family, pay is very good with great benefits. Lots of crazy hours but with lots of time off so it's great!

      Cons

      Team????? Little guys left in the dark, we are the ones working nights and weekends and giving up so much and not knowing if we will be employed tomorrow! We are all adults, just let us know what's going on and cut the BS!

      Pros

      The new management are trying hard to change the culture. There are good opportunities for development. They provide the opportunity to travel worldwide.

      Cons

      Middle line management are not as experienced in leadership as they should be. It can be difficult to see a clear direction in career path. A lot of internal processes that are in place are not always followed.
