Pros

The company offers Good pay and benefits. Flex working hours and remote working options are available and many use this.

Cons

Petroleum - Constantly laying people off and no longer transparent in their plans. People continue to be on edge, wondering if they will be laid off or not. Also, rumors in the news are how employees are finding out the company’s future instead of from the company. Moral is super low and people are getting burned out from heavy workloads.

No job is ever safe - for the past 5 years there has been cycle after cycle of downsizing, reorganization, downsizing, reorganization, repeat.
