      Pros

      Good salary, great benefits and great people at the front line level.

      Cons

      Toxic environment now that BHP is planning to exit shale. Most people don't what will happen to them. Management is protecting themselves and ignore inquiries or phone calls and only want to keep their jobs and their small inner circle of friends.

      Pros

      Flexible work schedules are great! The overall environment in the 5 years I’ve been here is good too. They hire the top people.

      Cons

      There are too many hoops to jump through to get things done. The systems are not the best for reporting. Too many things are done manually.
