      Benefits are excellent. Great culture.

      Cons

      Did not always feel empowered to determine how I do my work. Paralysis by analysis – endless number of questions and requests to create additional reports, tie-outs and checks that the review period seems unending. Checks and double checks end up creating more work with minimal added value – diminishing returns.

      Good company with the right heart but seems to be losing direction in recent years.

      Great benefits, good work life balance (depending on your function/business unit), competitive pay package, decent folks.

      Cons

      Advancement up seems to be more of who you know, middle management seems to be clueless and lacking in direction most of the time, too much restructuring and bad change management resulted in really low morale, lots of good people left the firm and leaving behind mediocre people.
