      Toxic masculinity and a middle management mentality that gets off on the number of employee file notes that are issued instead of focusing on the real issues of utilisation, productivity and work practices. If you’re not in the purple circle or don’t use buzz words such as “Moving forward or Get on the bus” then you’re not going to fit in here. May the best buzz words and knob gobble win
