Pros

Good flexibility, able to work from home

Cons

Salary increment not tied to performance, but based on market rate. Very bad yearly increment if one is labeled as above market rate even though perform above expectation. No career path for technical professionals. If you are to join, request for a high salary jump, as you will be staying at the same salary for the coming years.

Pros

Benefits and Compensation are good as well as flexible work arrangements. Diversity is stressed.

Cons

Seems like all management positions are appointed. Its who you know instead of what you know. Continuous organizational changes hinder any continuous improvement initiatives. Always resetting. HR is terrible. Need to get everything in writing. They don't live the charter values.

Pros

Family oriented. Great benefits & pay. Field level bonus is 10%. Retirement 100% match up to 6%. Additional 8.5% for EFA. So you contribute 6%, and BHP contributes 14.5%.

Cons

You CANNOT put a price on safety, but they are a bit heavy on safety rules.
