Pros

Not to much on Pros. Had better with other major Oil & Gas companies.

Cons

Poor performance when working with contractors, behind on technologies, and cheap.

Pros

Decent salary, good benefits and that's about it.

Cons

Lack of communication, they say one thing and do another Upper management who makes decisions has no idea what needs to be done in the field. Left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Options for companies cost reduction strategies leaves employees feeling unwanted and confused One day they tell you your position is safe and the next day they ask you to move to another state Communication between the field and corporate office needs to be better.

Pros

Expectations are high. They give you opportunities to gain experience in the field. Safety is the top priority. They depend on you to do real work and contribute to the team.

Cons

It seems to be a little understaffed so everyone is working non stop to keep up. In light of that though the atmosphere is accommodating and so is the pay. You also gain much more experience and are given more responsibility than in other companies.
