      Pros

      Innovative thinking and great management support from the corporate to field levels. Open to change for the right reasons and allows people to do the jobs they were hired to do.

      Cons

      Like any large, global, company there's always a concern when change is afoot. Change within BHP Billiton over the last few years has been handled relatively well but fears continue to linger that change equal instability in job security.
