Cons

Culture of the site I was at was terrible (Cannington). Thief, bullying & management that didn't care were the main downfalls. 2 fatalities in 13 months. If anyone spoke up they were victimised and pushed out.

-Compensation was great -Worked with some great people (made life long friends) -Co-workers very knowledgable -Relatively Flexible schedule

Cons

-Poor management (could not make a decision and stick with it) No MOC process whats so ever; upper management would suddenly decide to make field wide changes on a whim without involving all divisions of personnel (more times than not they were not the best financial or safest decisions) -Extremely disorganized Central hub for documents unusable Constantly changed ways of scheduling work No mentor me program (threw a lot of people to the wolves without adequate oversight/training/mentorship program)
