      You can find anything at BHP, their standards and processes are well detailed. Lots of opportunity if you want to get involved in exciting work, plenty of change always

      Company was good to work for had good policies. Money was ok. Good safety record. Good equipment and tooling. Most processes work ok.

      Cons

      Money was not the best for mining I found they could be more competitive. Outside vendor training was minimal. Some rosters could be improved
