      Way too many line mangement changes...

      Pros

      Great pay and eoy bonus, good working conditions and some nice and friendly (those outside the BHP culture).

      Cons

      Great pay and bonus at a very high price to pay. Too many layers of management, top and line management changes are unreal (had 7 supervisors in 3 years) and lots of unexperienced managers and first line supervisors; KPI changes by the minute resulting in unfair eoy evaluations. Lots arrogant senior mangers that preach open door policy but refuse to practice it.

      Good people Easy accessible Galleria office and on site parking Very matrixed organization. Great cafeteria

      Workforce separated as Executives versus everyone else. The employees appear to be overworked and unable to keep up with their work

      Big global company with many opportunities. Structured and process driven. Charter values are core to everything we do.

      Cons

      Leadership development is not that strong and many time reactive. Global HR can be doing more to drive global initiative to improve leadership capabilities and development of employees.
