      - Great paying for amount of work done. - Decent training. - Exposure to large projects. - Some good people in the organisation

      Cons

      - Doesn't adhere to charter values. - Management are exceedingly slow to make decisions, the culture promotes indecision as it is not penalized. - Career progression is limited unless you know someone higher up. - Old school of thinking, doesn't embrace new ideas despite the assertion they do.

      High salary, good benefits, 21 days of al. Atas branding.

      Cons

      Poor communication. Communication from upper management is not transparent and honest. Company is going thru a lot of restructuring. Job instability and alot of office politics.
