Pros

Great assets all in lowest cost quartile

Cons

They never, ever learn from history. Best CEO was Chip Goodyear, because he let the company just run and take advantage of the great assets and good people. Leadership keep buying stuff (and in markets) they don't understand and then have to write down killing shareholder value. Safety won't improve until the culture changes from phobia that assumes processes/systems will protect instead of people being 'fearful" for their own safety. (By the way there is nothing wrong with good safety systems but that doesn't prevent accidents - people do!)
