      Safe work environment, motivated colleagues and shared vision. Company has a very open culture of sharing and learning for significant incidents (Samarco, fatalities etc.)

      Cons

      Pay rises below CPI, some sexist ‘old boys club’ mentality on some mine sites management not always particularly experienced or well trained in their fields.
