      Work hard but good benefits

      Pros

      Salary and bonus package and superannuation (can salary sacrifice and have the company match it). Working with other high caliber people. Good technology and systems.

      Cons

      Most teams are typically busy all the time. Some teams have downtime, but other teams will be flat out the whole time. Many layers for approving decisions. There aren't many roles to go into except senior roles. More junior roles have been off-shored.

      Large established company with assets world wide. Due to the challenging economical environment you gain a great experience compared to other places.

      Cons

      Not many opportunities for career progression as well as development plan. Management is constantly facing with politics and bureaucracy
