      Pros

      I decided because I thought it was a solid company in technical issues besides attractive personal touch.

      Cons

      however, there is a standard of treatment of people is a lack of honest relationships, plus a loss of simplicity in their actions. Employees feel they are supernatural beings belonging to this company and do the most humane treatment.

      Pros

      Not many, company is more bureaucratic than the public service. It's profit could double if executives let people use their skills.

      Cons

      Lots, promotion is based on mate ship. Has no bearing on skills or performance reviews. My advice learn to fish and watch the promotions roll in.
