      Pros

      Large company with many and varied opportunities across the globe. Attractive benefits and generally very good salary.

      Cons

      Easy to get lost in the system and feel like a number. Jobs can be very prescribed and formulaic. Not a lot of interaction or knowledge share across different sites doing the same thing.

      Pros

      There commitment to safety the environment and there people is incredible best company I have ever worked for. Thank you BHP for the best work experience ever.

      Cons

      Very large global company they can loose opportunities as they get bogged down in approval process. I understand the purpose of the needs to have a central division but the CSG's need to allow the individual assets to have more control. Trust your people

      Pros

      The engineers I work with make this job great for me. Fairly good culture of rotation allowing you to see and work in different areas of mining engineering on site.

      Cons

      They claim excellent training, but in reality no training is provided unless you are at superintendent level and above.
