Stressful Jobs being shipped overseas Forced to Rotate to position I did not want Too Much who you know and not what you know on who stays and who is promoted. No Common Sense on how they apply the simplify strategy to SAP. Created Chaos.

BHP Billiton has high Safety Standards, good wages, incentives, benefits for employees. Respect for human dignity and indiscriminately working environment for employees and team players. BHP Billiton has always stood by her charter and values of operations and has always met up with her organizational goals and objectives.

Cons

The working environment varied from areas of specialty and jobs requirements. High standards set for hiring, recruitment and more training on the job. No indecent attitude and negative behavioral approach on job site.

Great benefits, good work life balance (depending on your function/business unit), competitive pay package, decent folks.

Cons

Advancement up seems to be more of who you know, middle management seems to be clueless and lacking in direction most of the time, too much restructuring and bad change management resulted in really low morale, lots of good people left the firm and leaving behind mediocre people.
