      Good pay and super. Family friendly roster. In my experience the company allows you to work and move forward in different roles allowing growth, diversity and flexibility

      Cons

      Decisions constantly changing. Not enough effort in respecting the opinions of the guys on ground floor. The decisions impact them the most.

      The Company takes good care of the employees. Lots of opportunities for overseas assignments. The Company acts with integrity and respect for all employees and communities

      Sometimes, international assignments are so abrupt that the employees feel like puppets. The Company believes that everything can be foreseen and controlled by internal policy documents, what prevent people from thinking.
