      Pros

      Positive working environment, people get used to all the bonuses and don't realize how great they have it. Always fresh fruit and other snacks in the lunch room along with soda and lattes. Comparable vacation time. Great coworkers.

      Cons

      Too many managers, could use more workers. Money is wasted on too many consultants rather than using in house technical knowledge.

      Great company to start working and to gain work experience in naturals resources.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, at least in Chile, the company has standard issues and implement proper HR procedure. No career development if your "leader" does not care about your development.
