      - Good benefits (but no guarantee that you can keep them) - International experience - Still has a good reputation in the industry

      Cons

      - Singapore salary packages not family friendly - Very cyclical management style - Way too much bureaucracy and process, monster SAP system - Anal rukes and procedures

      Pros

      Varied experience, recognition both internally and externally and exposure to growth opportunities as well as to meaningful projects.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic and terribly slow business processes can get in the way of performing the actual job. Compared to engineering consulting firms, little experience in the way of intellectual stimulation.

      Big company, incentive schemes and good salary - only for them too look good on paper though

      Cons

      Too political HR do not care about internal staff, your an easy replacement..happy to train you up and then you leave and wiped from their books forever and will never look at why you left They say plenty of internal opportunities..HA! when pigs fly, only if your in with the politics Immature company in the way of management policies and walking the talk. Sounds great! - If practised!
