      Pros

      Really good keeping people satisfied at work and permanent motivation. Salaries are the best of the country and everyone knows it. There is real opportunities to work abroad trough the company and also go up to a management level

      Cons

      Mining locations are far from good cities. When you are alone / single it's ok, but when you have a family, it is complicated the shift-life vs family time. If you are ok seeing your family 3 days a week only, go for it, but I got tired of it

      Pros

      Diverse assets with a global footprint, Although large, the company structure is often based around localized geographic assets making it feel smaller. Lots of different roles, opportunity to work in operations, in an asset or in a function. Moving around is a great way to gain country experience as well.

      Cons

      Recent phase of being more centralized has resulted in some beauracracy which needs to be simplified. Opportunity there to do streamlining and management is reconizing it.
