      Pros

      Great facilities with everything provided with good quality; camp, food, laundry facilities, pub, entertainment if you want, wifi facilities and an environment of acceptance improving all the time.

      Cons

      Expectation regarding hours of work is high being more than 12 hours a day which stretches the limits for anyone needing 8 hours sleep a night

      Pros

      They pay more than most of their competitors. Their benefits are outstanding and they undertake world scale projects. They also take work-life balance very seriously and allow you to take time off whenever you need it.

      Cons

      Very bureaucratic. It takes a long time to get anything done. And to get things done, you have to engage a million people to get them to agree.
