Pros

They do have good leaders if you are fortunate in your placement, however they are also restricted. Pay and benefits are the main attraction

Cons

If you’re considering working here think twice. The company’s leadership is disorganized and consistently fails to address key issues. Problems are often ignored, leading to unnecessary stress and a toxic work environment. Despite raising concerns, there’s little to no accountability, making it difficult to feel valued or heard. This place will drain your energy, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone seeking a stable, supportive workplace.
