Pros

It used to be benefits and salary, and the most admirable example of diversity; that is no longer the case even though it is highly elevated.

Cons

Major moral corruption at senior management level; everyone's for themselves and nepotism and favoritism is highly practiced; hard working people are pushed down if they don't fit in the circle of friends.

Demanding but good place

Pros

Great pay, they try to stay at the top tier of compensation compared to similar companies; perks like free parking, on site cafeteria, great location, 9/80 schedule. Most people that work there are very nice and hard working, just trying to do their jobs well. I thought that there were less office politics compared to other places. Despite the stress, I was fortunate to work for a great team and manager.

Cons

They work you hard, it's rarely "slow". Hours can be long depending on your role. Frequent office moves, and role changes, which are great for professional development but leads to inefficiencies. Many layers of management. Somewhat inflexible when it comes to working remotely or flexible schedules, outside the established 9/80.
